Well it's back again. They finally posted the date, Sunday April 18. It is a decent place to meet up, I have been going there for about 10 years. If the weather is nice, expect 7-8K bikes, maybe more. After, I plan on making the ride up to Denny's Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield PA, Home of the Worlds largest Burgers. The route will be catching 286 just north of murrysville and running that through Indiana to Clymer. 15 - 20 minute rest stop at the Sheetz. Then back on the road from 286 to 219 to 879 to Dennys. The route back will follow a different route, which I will post as the date becomes closer. The ride from Murrysville is approx 100 miles, and about 2 hours with the stop at Clymer. The ride will be slightly fast, but not enough to lose your license.

How many of the people who stated Yes actually showed up?

It actually worked out good for me that the weather was bad. We ended up going to Conneaut Lake and bought a trailer.

So about how many bikes showed up? I live in Murrysville and didn't see the usual hordes of cruisers as I was taking my wife to the airport at 11am.

in Murrysville, the hi is 49 with rain. In Clearfield where Denny's is located, hi of 47 with rain/snow showers. I am not making the ride up to Denny's. I will try to make the "official" burger run on the 25th.

If the weather is on the cool side, you still have the Burger Run the following Sunday to get your beef fix in. The long-term forecast is looking really nice for the Burger Run.

I might show for the BotB, but can't do the ride regardless. I have to take SWMBO to the airport that afternoon.

Not looking good for the ride to Denny's. Hi is now only 53, low 37, only 10% chance of rain. We did this ride 2 years ago in the cold and rain, and it really sucked. Hopefully the weather forecast will get better.
